Terms of Use - Eula license

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions of Sendit. Your download, purchase or use of any products from our Website (maurisource.com) implies that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us thru the contact page.

1. Copyright Information


All editorial content and graphics on this Website are protected by Canada copyright, international treaties and other applicable copyright laws and may not be copied without the express permission of Maurisource, which reserves all rights. However, as an exception, some icons used in this website are downloaded from iconfinder.net and have their own copyrights.

2. Modifications


You are allowed to make any necessary modifications to the purchased extension to fit your purposes as long as the changes are in accordance license you acquire.

3. Unauthorized Use


Reselling or redistributing our extensions without approval from our Company is expressly prohibited.

Unsollicited breach to our product, will result in an immediate termination of services. The domain name registered on account will be blacklisted resulting in a broken/unusable extension.

4. Refund Policy process


We offer 15-day money back guarantee for our virtual products.

  • You are entitled for a full refund if you are not fully satisfied that the product purchased is not working as described.
  • You wil address refund requests via our support channels along with your Transaction receipt ID and the reason you're applying for a refund.
  • Refund requests due to technical limitations (server or magento store) preventing the purchased extension from working normally will automatically be declined.
  • After approval - Refunds are automatically reverted to the same payment method used for purchase (IE: Same credit card used for purchase.)
  • You will receive refund within 2 business days since refund request is approved.
  • All refund requests made after 15 days are not accepted.
  • Note: we will not refund any fee you paid for custom installation or customization services.

5. Installations


Installation can be made by our installation service (for free) or by you. You may contact us to use our installation service via our contact form or by submitting a ticket Support to support@maurisource.com from your purchasing Email address.

6. Licensing


You may modify or extend the source code to fit your purpose. However, you are expressly prohibited from redistributing or resell our products. Our license is for 1 Domain usage only as a wildcard to *.domain.com (so you can install on your dev.domain.com for example.) If you need our product on other domains, you should buy the Product to obtain an additional license for that particular domain.

7.1. Knowledge base (Help Center)


In Knowledge base we provide answers to reccurent questions on any Extensions. Our answers are veridict and validated to be the most suitable answer.

Our commitments on Knowledge-base are:

  • Provide installation instructions
  • Provide accurate answers on matters related to product’s exploitation and possible malfunctions.
  • Collect most reccurent questions from users in order to achieve specific needs.

We advice our customers to Check the Help Center prior to Opening a support ticket as your question may have already been asked / resolved.

7.2. Dedicated Support


Dedicated Support is freely available for everyone who bought our Extension.

Our commitments on Dedicated Support System are:

Provide support in private email.
Provide support on matters related to product’s exploitation and possible malfunctions.
Be ready to access to customer’s website back-end to investigate and resolve the issue.
Provide support even if product was slightly modified by customer.
Guarantee 24 hours response time.
Please note that to get proper support, you need to have already purchased one of our Extensions.

8. Disclaimer


MAURISOURCE.COM products are 100% working in our testing environment. Products are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.

We reserve the right to unlicense a customer on confirmed suspicion that they are breaching or making unsollicited use of our products.

9. Privacy policy


We take privacy seriously. We don't share nor sell your private information.

Some of our integration require authorization for Maurisource Application. This is strictly used to validate 0Auth authorization for the use of some application, and strictly not used to access any of your information.

Some of our integration have a "call-home" feature that will communicate license key numbers for comparison with our servers and validate the connection in order to check product license validity. This is to prevent any abuse and monitor upcoming performance issues from our side, this process is automated and used stricly for this purpose.

Information we collect: customer registration information during checkout process, email, newsletter preferences

Information we don't collect: credit card information is handled and saved on Stripe servers
